We have a 60-day return and exchange policy starting from the date of your order. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please send your request to info@shapermint.com. In your email, please include the reason for the return or exchange along with the order number. Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you qualify for a return or exchange, the shipping cost for the replacement order will be free of charge. We strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
